Thank you for your interest in participating in our Maternal Mental Health virtual workshop series! This group is being offered as part of a study at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee to learn more about how we can support new and expecting mothers' psychological well-being as they navigate the workforce. ​You may gain knowledge that could support your mental health, learn skills for stress management and coping, and feel supported by other group members in the workshop. This project will also contribute to the knowledge base about how to support psychological well-being among employed mothers. If you are an expecting or new mother and working in paid employment, we’d love to have you participate! As a thank you, we’re compensating participants with Amazon gift cards - $15 for completing the pre-survey, and $30 for completing the post-survey after the workshop.
